We ship across Australia, plain and simple. This page covers timing, payment and returns.
Shipping regions and timing
Sydney metro orders leave our Danks Street workshop first. Most tables and cloth arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Regional NSW and other states take 5 to 12 business days, depending on carrier routes. A flat fee of $15 applies to standard orders. Spend $300 or more, and we waive it.
How you can pay
No card forms here. We keep payment offline, the way a club settles its tab.
Bank transfer
Direct deposit before dispatch. Bank details arrive with your order confirmation.
Cash on collection
Collect from 12 Danks Street, Sydney. Pay cash on pickup.
Cash on delivery
Sydney metro only. Pay our driver cash at the door.
Change of mind, and where it stops
Unopened felt and chips can go back within 14 days. Original packaging, seals intact, please.
- Speed Cloth Layout and Wool-Blend Baize Roll: unopened, full refund minus freight.
- ABS, clay composite and ceramic chip sets: unopened, same 14-day window.
- Poker-size plastic and bridge-size paper cards: once the wrapper's broken, they're final sale.
- Made-to-order pieces, like the Plinko Event Board, are built to your specification. No returns.
How your table travels
We treat fixed-leg pieces as genuine heavyweights. Shipping breaks down like this: - Waratah Poker Table and Sydney Standard Roulette Wheel: sent via specialist furniture freight, with kerbside or room-of-choice delivery booked in and a call ahead to sort access. - Fold-Away Club Table and other folding designs: packed flat, sent by standard courier, no special handling needed.
We handle every table the way a dealer handles a shoe — careful, unhurried, exact.
